If you can breathe, you can meditate! PeaceBox offers a variety of classes and workshops for beginners and seasoned meditators. Some classes may be open-air or outdoor depending on class size and weather. All classes can be customized for individual and groups. See below for class descriptions and rates:

Class Offerings

Classes can be customized to meet individual needs.  Led by certified meditation instructors, classes are offered at the PeaceBox property on Lake Travis and we can come to you.

Class offerings vary by topic and include but are not limited to the following:

SELF-SERVE GUIDED MEDITATION (in the mobile PeaceBox)
Mindfulness Meditation practice delivered on Headphones with MP3 Players loaded with a menu of guided mediations ranging from 8-22 minutes in length.  Current Menu includes mindfulness meditations to cultivate Gratitude, Loving Kindness, Self Inquiry, Body Awareness, Breath Awarness, Relaxation Response, and Mantra practices available for groups of up to 12 at a time inside the PeaceBox.  Delivered in the Mobile PeaceBox, prices starting at$750 per day with discounts for weekly and monthly PeaceBox rental.

PEACE 101 (at Lake Travis)
An introduction to mindfulness meditation, this 45-minute session is perfect for those meditating for the first time as well as seasoned meditators wanting a refresher and tools to aid a continuing practice. Taught at the PeaceBox Lake Travis location, this 45-minute session includes a 20-minute live guided meditation for $20, see details, times and dates, and sign up HERE.

THE FOUR AGREEMENTS SERIES
Don Miguel Ruiz’s The Four Agreements has been on the New York Times bestseller list for more than a decade. Join us as in this four-week series as we dive into the book and our journey to mindfulness. ($100 for 4 week sessions of 1.5 hours per session taught at PeaceBox Lake Travis location.)  Minimum 4 people per series, Maximum 8.

CREATIVE WRITING WORKSHOP
Flex your writing skills and your mind with this creative writing workshop based on free-writing practices in Natalie Goldberg’s: Writing Down the Bones. Meditation unlocks parts of the brain you may have been neglecting. Meditate and see your creativity is unleashed in this fun and engaging workshop! Classes start at $50 per person for 1.5 hour session.  Minimum 4 people per session.  Maximum 8.

SOUL-CENTERED SERIES
Dive into this eight-week series as we transform our mind and soul with meditation expert Sarah McLean’s bestselling book Soul-Centered: Transform Your Life in 8 Weeks with MeditationSarah’s approach is accessible for everyone. If you can breathe, you can meditate. It’s time to start now. Taught by PeaceBox founder and certified meditation instructor Stacy Thrash. Stacy studied under Sarah McLean at the McLean Meditation Institute. ($150 per 8-week series and $15 book purchase.)
