“The practice of mindfulness can provide essential ingredients for our sense of vitality. Our results-driven culture is not built to allow for subtlety or sensitivity – yet in my psychotherapy practice, ongoing Ph.D. research, and my own life experience, I’ve learned these ingredients are essential to cultivating a sense of aliveness. Simple mindfulness, meditation, and embodied practices can provide the space and support to explore subtle intuition, and the value of deeply listening to the body, opening the heart, and centering the mind. I bring an easy-going, joyful, and dynamic sense of exploration and discovery to practice. Through the engagement of soulful, centering practices designed to awaken and harmonize daily life, I weave the power of self-expression, observation, and slowing down together in ways that support a deepening connection to truth, wisdom, and the power of possibility. I lead seasonal yoga and meditation retreats in Hawaii, and Canada, and work in private practice as a psychotherapist and yoga teacher in Austin, Texas.”
